"Perc Place actually has a cafe side and a restaurant side. I just stopped in for some seasonal coffee specials. Hot Chai Latte is still my favorite. Excellent as usual, but there is only one comfortable chair. The rest are steel or wood."

"I've been going to Perc for years. I've never been disappointed with the food or drink. And they always have great specials to choose from. They have the best Iced Chai! The only negative..I haven't always had the best service. The wait staff isn't always attentive. I've worked in the services industry so, I try to be patient. ☆Update☆ I ordered a fish fry to go. It was really good! I tried the Beer Battered Cod. The serving size was good. They also have the best french fries. And instead of rye bread, you get a sea salt rye baguette. Can't wait for my next visit."
