"We came to this Culver’s in Kenosha on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Only a few notable complaints: there was one definitely one very unhappy crew member who was mumbling and muttering to himself and kind of throwing a tantrum. They also gave me a concrete mixer instead of a chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup. Not a big deal overall but not what I ordered. It was homecoming for Kenosha’s high school(s) I believe so it was crowded and that could have contributed to it, but overall, still a very pleasant experience. This was my 44th Culver’s visited in my album. I have visited locations across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida now. (Written 10-7-25)"

"On 5/13/2025 we pulled in for drive-thru. I ordered a pub burger and four ice creams. It was 30 minutes before we the received my order. The pub burger was cold, dry, and fries were hard. I ordered two mint chocolate chip mixers but was delivered cherry chip mixers. Service was slow and food was horrible. Culvers is going down hill. There is never any good customer service when you enter Culvers. Extremely disappointing and paid $40. Literally started to eat the burger after having to heat it up on the microwave and as I'm eating the burger the longest hair came out the middle of the burger when I split it apart. Disgusting! Officially done with Culver's!"

"No matter where you go regardless of what state you're in, you can always depend on Culver's for their great tasting grub and shining customer service. Been to this location a couple of times and haven't had any complaints whether the food wasn't fresh, couldn't find a clean table or service related. Besides their awesome butter burgers made from fresh ground beef and not processed, I always know the service is always gonna be ultra friendly compared to any other mass franchise burger joint. Great food all around at still reasonable prices and the value is well worth it. Don't know what it is about a butterburger w/ cheese but the sensation of that first bite compared to a burger from Mcd's, Wendy's, Bk, DQ, Hardee's or Jack in the Box; they can't touch this place! I absolutely love Culver's and I hope they keep expanding in every direction across the country, outlying territories and other countries as well."

"Food was perfect, some of the best I’ve had from Culver’s; chicken sandwich’s were crispy and cooked succulently. The service was the best I’ve ever had at a Culver’s too, Drea was very personable, sweet, and had kind eyes! I will definitely be back for more especially if she’s there."
