The atmosphere is exactly what you'd like to find - wholesome, inviting, all the sights & smells - makes you smile before you even set foot in it! The people are friendly & the prices are so much better than the grocery stores - especially considering you're getting healthy produce not sprayed with who knows what. Definitely worth the drive from Racine!"

"This market is huge, took a long time to walk from one end to the other and back again, and such a variety of things! There are jewelry and textile artists and other makers, besides produce and cheeses and meats, and lots of tempting food trucks and stands, including a surprising number of gluten free options. Street parking was fairly easy, and the lake breeze was refreshing on the very hot summer day we were there. I appreciate that this market is open until 2:00, since many close at noon, so you can take your time browsing."

"07/13/2024: I visited the market again today. We purchased a few things and tried some new food while we were there. Great place to find just about anything. If you don't see anything you like, at least you got out and got some sun and exercise. Check out the lakefront and parks while you're there."
