"(Disclaimer) This is my first time leaving a review for a company. I’ve received mediocre, or bad customer service in the past, from other businesses but understand that people may be having an off day. I try not to hold a company accountable for 1 individual. I try to be graceful to all parties involved. While shopping on 11-22-25 I needed a device unlocked in the electronics department. I searched for an employee for about 5 minutes before locating someone. They were stocking shelves in a different department. I asked if they could unlock a device. They informed me that they were not in that department but paged someone for me. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came. In that time, I interacted with 2 other employees… neither seemed eager to help. I tried to catch the attention of two other employees…. They intentionally avoided making eye contact and walked into the stockroom. Keep on mind, I needed assistance for close to 20 minutes with no help. I returned to the original employee who I talked to the other department. They seemed annoyed. I’m unsure it was at me, or that I waited for 15 minutes for help. They were able to unlock the device for me. This situation was not 1 person in the wrong… This seemed like a culture problem."

"Friendly staff, but the prices are high for the area. Good selection, everything is fresh. I went for groceries and was surprised on everything else they had. When was the last time you saw a wall of fish tanks in a non-pet store?!? I was not impressed by the Starbucks in the store. Thought I'd treat myself to a holiday drink - non-dairy. They put whipped cream on top and I did not notice until it was too late."

"I’ve been having food delivered and shopping in person for years. I’ve only had a couple issues over the years but they were resolved rather quickly and to my satisfaction. The sales and personalized sales and coupons are great especially in this challenging economy."

"Truck parking on the edges. Needs trout. Needs Dave's good seed bread. Has good fruit and veggies and nuts and other food. Much better than Walmart. Food with preservatives are bad. Even good electronics. The bags don't separate when bagging though."
