"We were looking for a place to have an early dinner in Kenosha and came upon Ron’s Place. When we opened the car door, the heavenly smell of hamburgers hit us square in the nose! When we entered, we could tell it was a friendly place, music was playing, the bar was pretty full, and the tables were half full. We were greeted quickly by Alexandra D., our server, she told us the specials and got our drink order. She came back in just a few minutes, and we gave her our order, which was for Ron’s Original 5x5 Burger and an order of Mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were tasty, not greasy, and full of cheese. A short wait later, Alexandra shows up with two of the best-looking burgers we have ever seen. Our first bites told us our nose was right from the smell in the parking lot, and the look of the burger was on point because the taste was incredible. I am not positive, but I would say that they were fresh ground meat, and the burgers were formed when we placed our order. The taste was fresh, fresh, fresh! The prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. We will be returning the next time we are in the area! We highly recommend Ron’s Place!"

"Its a no for me!! Place has greasy floors and food was mid at best! Very small place with syrupy long islands that have the bottom of the bottom shelf liquor inside them. If you want to get drunk off skol vodka long Islands and dry burgers this is your spot!! If not id recommend staying away from this hole in the wall bar and grill"

"The place is BUSY on a Saturday afternoon. So much so that I don't recommend going there. Service was poor because the place was too full. I'm guessing they're understaffed. Inside was dark and we were seated on a corner booth with very tall seats so we couldn't see anything or anyone else. There was some machine rumbling off and on beneath our seats and it kept going off. I was kinda scared something would explode. We had a 40 minute wait before being seated, which was ok and expected, but another 40 minute after putting in our orders before getting the food. Yup, too much. During the second 40 minute wait, the server never came back to check on our drinks, or to let us know the food was coming. She seemed friendly enough when she took our order and came back with the check, but we didn't see her except for those times. Even the food was brought by someone else. The burger was ok. Nothing special, though the portions were huge and very filling. The price point is great. So if the service had been just a tad better, we would have left very satisfied, even though the food wasn't the most amazing burger I've ever had."
