"Was headed somewhere else initially for my coffee fix and noticed Ellipse, so I gave it a try. Cozy and inviting atmosphere as soon as you step in, very clean, with lots of drink and food options. I wanted a fresh, strong iced coffee, and I definitely received that with a splash of fast and friendly service. Prices are affordable as well, so I’ll definitely be back!"

"Espresso 🙏 am glad I pass by this place with my daughter lately, she finally moved here for collage … Ellipse Cafe serves one of the best espressos I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly balanced,rich, smooth, and full-bodied without bitterness. The barista clearly knows their craft, and the presentation is spot-on. Cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to slow down and enjoy your coffee. Highly recommended for espresso lovers."

"This place has wonderful crepes, that look even better in reality than on the pictures. Prices a bit up there, but I think it's worth it for what you get. Great taste. BUT... with such nice food, drinks and beautiful presentation on iron cast skillets, it a great pity that this place decided to use PLASTIC (waste, flimsy, annoying) cutlery and SINGLE USE PLASTIC cups for drinks, water as well as coffee. Think about the environment and planet Earth 🌎 PLEASE, I'm sure with the business you've got, you can afford it. Environmental rating: 1 star."

The waffles are golden and fluffy, the crepes are perfectly tender with all the right fillings, and the Turkish coffee is rich, bold, and brewed just right. The spot is currently in soft opening, but the staff has already nailed the hospitality, and the seating is super comfortable — perfect for hanging out with friends or treating yourself.
