"Excellent, personal customer service. Our church ended up discontinuing Gold Star Coffee due to our coffee drinkers moving to another location after our school was built. But, while, we had the service, we enjoyed excellent customer service from everyone at Gold Star, to include the day they came out to remove their items. Trent was so kind. He hooked our new coffee maker up, generously left the coffee racks with us, along with the hardware and filter needed for our new one. I was so impressed with their understanding of our change in 'drinker climate' and asked no questions. I would highly recommend Gold Star as a great coffee service if you need coffee for a group and don't want to think about any hassles. They take care of everything and with such a pleasant and respectful attitude. Thank you for five wonderful years of coffee drinking at Bethany Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson, WI."
