What People Are Saying
from Google"Really cosy and warm atmosphere. I feel like I stepped in into a meeting place where good conversations take place. Enjoyed the cappuccino and the croissant was surprisingly crispy. Glad I could support this place and its mission in this simple way."
"Loved the atmosphere! Staff was supper friendly and kind. Drink was great. We sat near the fireplace and talked. A great find. A gem that shouldn’t be a secret."
"Found this place on a whim, looking for coffee before a shift. It’s located in a strip mall so I was a bit skeptical at first. However, this place was actually pretty neat! The iced vanilla latte with oat milk was super fresh. The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of seating to get work done, as well as couches and a fireplace to relax or hang out. Ordered to go so I don’t know if they have glass cups for if you’re staying in, but that would’ve been bonus points! Wouldn’t really go super out of my way away from the main Madison or campus area for this place, but if I’m out in that area then I’ll definitely go back!"
"The entrance is very low key and unassuming, but opens up to a spacious and inviting sitting area. The mocha tasted as perfect as it looked. Great balance of sweetness and chocolatey bitterness. Comfortable seating and table spacing. Free wifi. Loved it."
"WELL .... They're not afraid to CHARGE you, I'll say that. Fifteen ($15) for a sandwich seems a bit high to me. And $5 for espresso and hot milk seems excessive, too. Granted, the sandwich was very good. Folks were pleasant. The coffee isn't superlative, but it IS good. But really ... it's just a strip-mall cafe, like Crema Cafe, say. Nothing truly special. My sandwich, latte, morning bun, and a tip the other day came out to $30.50. That's way outside my budget. Soooo, I may stop in for a latte--in a pinch. But that's about it. I'll stick to scrumptious sandwiches at home for about $4-5."
