"Just left with no coffee after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes. Three employees in the building and only handed out about 5 coffees in the cars ahead. Vehicles behind us left as well. Never had such a long wait at any coffee shop. Avoid this location if you want your coffee in a reasonable time."

"I like MOKA. I mainly visit the East Towne Mall location because it's convenient for me. There is always going to be something bad and good about a coffee place. Prices are too high..a drink isn't made to my satisfaction..the Baristas are rude..etc. In my opinion if you are just going to complain about everything don't go out. Every coffee place does their best to interpret how specific someone wants their order to be. Every place does their best to be as pleasant as they can be given some of the rude customers that come through and do nothing but complain about this and that and take no accountability for maybe placing and order incorrectly and blame it elsewhere. Some of the stories I have heard about some customers makes me really wonder what world they live in by their actions. On the flip side I have heard stories of how staff can be towards customers. It works both ways. I purposefully visit the East Towne Mall location because I love the staff and their energy and personalities. All my visits are positive experiences. Love the drinks; especially the seasonal ones they come up with. Maybe once in a while a drink is off or not as I would like it but I am not a picky person and maybe it's just not my taste. I will drink it and tweak it next time or not order it. I have my go-to drinks that I really like and usually stick with. To me coffee is an art and everyone's is different; some alot more complicated than others but that's okay. To me the more complicated it is the more that can be off but to each their own. I love MOKA and especially this location. They try their best and have great personalities that make me want to visit their location. That is good enough for me."

"I really like stopping here and getting the same thing but ever so often they make my drink wrong but when they make it right it’s really great. I get a breve miel with Carmel sauce around the cup. But if it’s made with regular milk vs breve it changes the whole drink and becomes too sweet because it’s not enough cream to balance it out. Please pay close attention to the milk preferences especially if there is any upcharge for it."

"Moka is the place to go for coffee in the area. I’ve been going for years and they are always prompt, polite, professional, no matter who’s working. I had a long week, lost my wallet, and dropped by for my usual coffee. I forgot to add my new card to Apple Pay and it declined when I went to pay. I apologized and said I’d be back in 10 minutes, to which Ashley kindly said don’t worry about it, it’s on us today. Made my week and of course will be back again. Also, you can get a coffee twice the size at half the price here that tastes better than the competition. Moka does things right, has fantastic customer service, and provides a great product at a competitive price."
