"Excellent service, I would give it five stars .. but some of their produce has been looking a little bit shoddy. Moldy grapes, 1mushy avocado &2 weeks earlier 1-2sweet potatoes ick..+ the last time I bought lion's mane mushrooms, they went bad in less than a week.😢 But otherwise this store is a 5++ ALL THE WAY !! 💯 AROUND!!"

"I’ve been a member of Willy Coop for nearly 30 years. I don’t normally shop at this coop location but my regular location (Willy-East) is closed this week. It took me longer than usual to find my items (about 10). When I pulled up to the register it was already 9:00 pm (closing time), and I said, “I couldn’t find one item.” Immediately 2 staff members both said one after another, “Well we’re closed now so you can’t shop anymore.” I was completely taken aback by the poor customer service. After declaring that, the second woman asked what item I was looking for (plain brown rice cakes) and ran to get it while my checker was ringing me up, which I appreciated. But it would be nice to feel a better attitude from staff, especially this week when they know many Willy-East customers are displaced to a store they aren’t familiar with. Thanks for listening."

"Willy Street North is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about the store. The store is spacious and soooo clean, and always well-stocked. The produce, meat, and fish departments are especially outstanding...in every respect: quality, selection, and helpful staff. All the staff, in every capacity, are super nice, friendly, and helpful. And, for me, I especially appreciate it because I need to use the electric cart to get around the store. If one of the staff sees me enter an aisle, they immediately offer their help in getting whatever I need from the shelves. Thank you, Willy Street, for being the outstanding business that you are!"

"Can't even ring up a tomato right both in check out and customer service. Seriously an amateur hour. Check your receipt!!! Double charged for the right and wrong product. Then it took 10 minutes and the to correct, and still mis-charged. Which I had to then re-correct for the correction nobody made! Infuriating!!!!"
