"The food was good to be attached to a hotel. They did not have the short rib sandwich available when I tried to order so I settled for a buy and berry salad added salmon $26 total for a salad which is more than the sandwich I wanted. Was good just not what I actually wanted. Had dinner twice both nights we stayed at the hotel. Ordered the smash burger which really isn’t smashed it was a perfect patty. The chicken sandwich was perfect and delicious upgraded fries to truffle fries and they were over cooked. The cod fish fry was good perfectly battered. The beer cheese and chorizo was good chips warm. And the kids burger was just like the smash burger except one patty. Megan the bartender was great when I went down just for drinks very friendly watching her interact with customers by name!! She also did well trying to make my drink perfect."

Despite this being a restaurant inside a hotel, it doesn’t feel that way once you step inside; it has the ambiance of a standalone fine dining spot. This is definitely a five-star restaurant, hands down. The food is truly amazing—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared—and the drinks are outstanding, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits that complement the menu perfectly. The customer service deserves 10 stars; the staff was attentive without being overbearing, making sure every need was met promptly. I will definitely be returning soon. One of the dishes my date and I ordered was the fish fry—perfectly seasoned with a crispy, golden exterior, and served with fresh sides. The meal was well-prepared, and the drinks perfectly paired. The menu offers a diverse array of options, from seafood to steaks, with creative appetizers and desserts that elevate the dining experience. Seriously, give this place a chance—you won't be disappointed. One of the biggest reasons I loved it is because it’s very low-key and tucked away in a quiet part of town, making it feel exclusive yet cozy. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food and service. They truly deserve more recognition than they’re currently getting, so I encourage you to give them a try, spread the word, and show love. "Picked up some food, really nice looking place and friendly people. Lil slow for a Friday night.. -Guys fix your phones.. had to call the hotel desk to be transferred, the Waterlin restaurants phone number doesn’t ring just “this call cannot be completed as the number is busy, call later” DoorDash also says you’re closed, and there’s no option for putting in online orders. Would definitely help fixing the phone first! Will be back"
