"Second time coming with my wife and trying the tasting menu. This place is better the second time around. It is amazing. I always considered myself a meat eater/lover. This place really taught me that cooking vegetables at the highest tier can beat any steak. It’s like tasting flavors you never know existed. Everything is fresh, tangy, sour, sweet, salty, umami, and zesty. You can really pin point each flavor with ease. I am excited to come back and see what new art is created. The staff works like a well oiled machine; a lot of finesse. Also, very picky wife approves of everything and said it’s her favorite restaurant. Picture: Squash Goals. Dessert: Herb ice, passion fruit crème, and mango sorbet. Best Cocktail I’ve ever had (I’ve been to the top rated bar in the country) I’ll leave it at that."

"My husband and I are avid diners and also own a food business, and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had! While there is a great selection of wood fired meats and fish on the menu (we had trout—it was fantastic!), we were blown away by the vegetables and pastas. The service was warm, inviting and attentive (thank you for a wonderful night Catie!!!) and the wine program offered exciting options and informed, enthusiastic and attentive service by the sommelier. Don’t skip dessert :) We live in Chicago and will go back often."
