"My husband and I are visiting all of Milwaukee Magazine's top 25 restaurants, so Brisa Do Mar was it last night. We see why it made the list! It's a great location on the river with outdoor seating if you want plus a lovely, bright dining room and large bar. They have very good, creative cocktails, the Guava Pisco Sour being our favorite. We started with the Eggplant Chips, which were perfectly deep-fried and delicious with the Harissa/Marinara sauce. We shared the Sicilian-style steak burger and the Caprichosa pizza. The burger was excellent with a wonderful melange of flavors. The pizza may have been the best pizza I've ever had. I thought I would swoon after the first few bites, and even though I was full, I kept eating it because it was SO GOOD! The servers were great, too - very attentive and friendly."

"Amazing experience. My friends and I just happened across this place while cycling in the neighborhood. We happened to arrive on a day that they had a fashion show and it was gorgeous! Great food! Would highly suggest the shrimp diavolo. The drinks were beautiful as well. The chef Ramses (Sp?) was very friendly and welcoming. The outside patio/boardwalk was definitely worth seeing."

"We decided to celebrate a 40th birthday with family at Brisa do Mar. They accommodated our party of 16, without issue. When we walked in the table was all set up and decorated so cute - we were not expecting that! Our server was very nice. We asked to split the bill between 3 main families and there was no issue. Some of the drinks came out pretty staggered, but I think they were a little light-staffed behind the bar. All of the food was delish. Generous portion sizes as well! We did have an issue with 3 of the meals not coming out. The manager came over to address the issue and got fresh entrees out. He adjusted the bills accordingly and they even gave us free dessert on top of the birthday treat - which was also comped. Things happen, it wasn't that serious and we all had a great time. We will definitely be back and truly appreciated the service! I also saw on the way out that they have breakfast/brunch! Would love to check that out soon."
