"Was eating here at midnight a bizarre experience? Yes. Do I regret it? No. The ice cream was very affordable but nothing impressive at all. Additionally, the presentation was interesting to say the least. On the other hand, the Philly cheesesteak fries were just what I needed. They were sloppy but delicious. Plenty of meat with some solid marination and the cheese whiz smothered over the fries did the job. Service was quite average but the place being open until 3am makes up for it. Would I come here again? Yes because the cheesesteak fries were solid and they have one of the biggest menus that I’ve ever seen before."

"Wow this is the first time I've gotten this type of service from this location. Bayshore is not any better but they will make a buffalo chicken cheese steak right. The sandwich I received tonight was horrible 😭 I could have made a better sandwich at home for the 35.00 I spent here tonight. Very dissatisfied with the cook/sandwich maker. I would never send out food that I wouldn't eat myself. No appeal no shredded chicken no blue cheese crumbles. Honestly it looks like the cook threw up some left over chicken on my bread"

"I order from DoorDash usual sends my order to the location in the high numbers but tonight I got sent to this known to be sucky location Oakland . When I order from DoorDash I usually call the store to let them know what I don’t want on my sandwich because I simply just don’t eat it and DoorDash doesn’t give you that option to take things off so I called this store location because that is where my order was sent to on 8/26/25 around 8:40pm whoever answers the phone needs to do better. There is no reason for the attitude as much money I have spent with chubbys one of my favorite spots the attitude is not needed all I wanted to do was let the person who answered the phone know what I didn’t want on my sandwich and I understand they are busy I even told him I wasn’t trying to give him a hard time. The hell all that money I spend there I should be be able to call and say I don’t want A & B on the sandwich because I just don’t eat it, no different then me saying it in person. Just do better with customer service period."
