"First time ever at a Grace Coffee Shop. I was in the area, so I decided to drop in. On a corner in the Third Ward of downtown Milwaukee. There is another coffee shop right across the street, so plenty of competition (or plenty of coffee drinkers). It's a nice space, with plenty of windows and natural light. Plenty of different spots to sit at, and an outdoor patio too. When I arrived at 7:30, the place was literally empty. Got a friendly (but not especially outgoing) greeting from the barista. I got my London Fog Tea Latte (a little lavender, a little vanilla, extra foam), served in a mug. There was a very nice selection of pastries, including decadent looking croissants, cookies, and scones. I usually order a scone when available. I was a bit skeptical of these because they were wrapped in plastic (never trust pastry or bakery that is packaged in plastic). Got myself the Blueberry Scone. I asked if they could heat up the scone, and they couldn't: no means to heat up bakery (that should have been a another clue). The London Fog was very good. The scone was one of the worst that I have had. It was cold, not crumbly, and I would say stale. Heating it up might have helped, but only a bit. I was seriously disappointed. A croissant might have been a better choice. In my opinion, a decent coffee shop should offer real scones and have them fresh. The space is nice, the service good, the drink well made, and the scone was way off."

"Was in the area celebrating my hubby's bday. Stopped in for a coffee. Greeted my friendly staff who gave us a detailed introduction to the place. Got a Mexican mocha (could've been a little more generous with the spices to make it a true Mexican mocha) but the coffee itself was solid. Nice vibes, good food options. Sat near the door which was not the best choice as it was a little breezy every time the door opened. Nevertheless a nice spot to have some coffee with the ones you love."

"Unique and tasty coffee shop! Excellent breakfast, coffee, and pastry options! Ordered the Veggie Medley Everything Croissant Sandwich with cheesy hashbrown bites, Chocolate Chip Espresso Scone, and Salted Toffee Sweet Cream Cold Brew! All of it was wonderful. The cold brew was not too sweet. The croissant sandwich was big enough to share, and the scone was a great treat! Wish I could try more options but was so full."

"Grace's Coffee is hands down one of my favorite breakfast spots in Milwaukee. Their breakfast is legit some of the best I’ve ever had. The acai bowl is a must—especially because they use their own house-made granola, which takes it to another level. Their hot food is just as good: the breakfast burrito with chipotle aioli is incredible, and the cheesy hashbrown bites are dangerously good. The only minor downside is parking can be a little tricky since it’s street-only, but the location is pretty central and easy to walk to when the weather’s nice. Totally worth it—this place never misses."

"The owner of the business had water leaks all over and she still maintained focus on customers. The decor carries a retro feel, a inviting. There's a fair selection of drinks and beverages, along with signature drinks. They offer a variety of breakfast items that will keep you wanting more!! The pastries are eye popping large! The size is them are worth the price you pay! I can't wait to return to try something new!!"
