Mariam was our cashier and she was so helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products that you guys offer!"

"Came in with a reward stamp card THAT THEY PROVIDED and then acted like I was trying to scam food. Why open a business clearly marketed towards black people if you're going to be weird when they come in for your products. 0/10. Came back and of course the manager still wasn't here. Had to argue to get an $8 discount - which is not honoring the +$100 dollars I've spent here nor the card itself but I wasn't going to come back for a 3rd time. so I spent the $5 difference that the man INSISTED I had to pay and got my "free" sandwich. Cook came out of the kitchen like there was a problem and the cashier dude commented back in a different language and then the cook leaves - I then kinda jokingly ask if the cooks gonna spit in my food now (he had clearly come to check in on the cashier) which leads to the cashier shrugging and me realizing that these people were never going to respect or honor anything. 0/10"

"First time experiencing this place I didn’t know what to order. The Cashier by the name Jorge 9/8/2024 help with suggestions I went with the Mad Cheese Bowl with hot honey and let me tell yall this was the best decision I’ve went with all year. "I recently tried Mad Chicken, and while the fried chicken itself was pretty good, the experience overall wasn't great. The staff were unprofessional and not very friendly, which was a big letdown. The menu was confusing, especially since the fried chicken didn’t come with any sides, and the combo deals were limited and hard to figure out. They are open late, which is a plus, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service and confusing menu options."
