"September review: Incredible experience! The drinks are great, and the tour is even better! My girlfriend and I went to the 8:30pm tour and were the only ones, so our tour guide Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible! Having done many ghost tours in the past, this was by far my favorite, and absolutely wish to come back to see the other tours offered. Thank you for an incredible experience! EDIT: We returned to Shaker's on the 30th of October for their 10:00pm Ghost Tour 2.0, and it was just as enjoyable as our first experience! Brittany was a super entertaining tour guide, and absolutely made the experience better! Prior to our tour time, we went to the upper level outdoor bar, and the vibes were as immaculate as the interior. Even in the brisk weather of late October, it was 100% worth it. We'll be returning for more tours in the future!"

"Could easily be 5 stars, the ambience is cool and the history of the place is awesome and a bit creepy at the same time. What lacked was the service while (Siren) was great we initially had to look for our server (felt forgotten where we sat) once we moved to the bar and made it clear we needed drinks and wanted to hear the stories, things looked up. Also, I'll never agree with making money off a serial killer, honestly that was a HUGE disappointment, stick to the history of Al Capone and the prohibition, almost glorifying someone who killed, hunted and ate people is truly disgusting... just my thoughts."

"Very nice place to visit and have a ghost tour, I enjoyed the music, food and drinks. A lot of history in the building. I’m not smoking but worth it to visit the place if you don’t like the cigarette smell not sure if this place would be good for you, but absolutely love it!!!"

"Came here looking for ghosts, left having had one of the most delicious carrot cakes and pretty darn good espresso martinis. The vibes of the bar are fun and it was fairly crowded for a Wednesday night. It took quite a bit to get served after ordering (our cake came after we finished our first drink) so just come on nights where you may not be in a rush but I will for sure be back!"
