"I come here often, but my friend asked her for a lemon drop after coming over to him. She didn’t say sure hold on. It was a cold shoulder no and she turned around. I asked her 45 mins later why she told him no. Her reasoning was because she was busy as she turned away again. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever encountered. No way I would have someone like this working for me. This is a customer service business and it’s unacceptable"
