"Used to buy the Troubadour english muffins at Fresh Thyme but they were old and stale. I started going to the Colectivo location in Bay View and there’s a big difference in freshness- really just depends on the day of the week and when they baked the bread. Today, their sourdough was perfect but the english muffins were from a few days ago. I don’t mind paying for the quality but the lack of consistency in the freshness is where I feel they should improve."

"This was our first time here. They had everything we wanted and then some. The drinks were hot and tasty, the bakery was fabulous and plentiful. I had a wonderful pumpkin scone, my grandson a pumpkin cinnamon roll big enough for two. They were very busy so we had a bit of a wait for drinks but it was well worth it and parking was a little bit of a walk but we were there during the morning rush. We will definitely go back when we are in the neighborhood."
