There is so much integrity, knowledge, and intentionality behind everything from the perfect light roasted bag of coffee beans, to the beautiful frothed cortado, to the eclectic ambiance. We went to listen to live jazz last night. It was a fun night with great friends and wonderful coffee. This is definitely the place to be on a Friday night! Luz’s staff is so helpful with walking through all the different drinks, roasted beans, and processes they use to make a perfect coffee. They also keep a fun seasonal menu to change things up. If you want to learn all the science behind where they get their beans and roast them or if you just want to have your taste buds dancing for joy, go check them out! You will not be disappointed."

"Legit! A small town, welcoming shop with espresso drinks that have a big-city taste. If you’re looking for a shop to visit at with a friend or study/work at for the morning - this is the place. The quality of Lux’s coffee is right up there with roasters in the Twin Cities. (Bonus: latte syrups are made in house!) There is also a selection of handcrafted leather goods (from FILOS leather) that would make a quality gift to yourself or to a friend."
