"Our drinks have consistently been made very well here! There is a GREAT indoor seating area in this Starbucks. If you need a place to sit, have a coffee, and do some work, we think this is the best Starbucks in Oshkosh for it. Also, the staff members are very friendly and go above and beyond for customers. We highly recommend this Starbucks!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had an awful experience at this Starbucks location in Oshkosh yesterday morning. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and two pastries before heading to work. The staff asked for my name at the counter — but then didn’t bother to write it on the drink or the bag. Because there was no name label, I had no way to identify my order or realize it was incorrectly made as a Cappuccino — a drink I never order. I ended up grabbing the wrong items, arriving late to work, and starting my day with no coffee . This wasn’t just a small mistake — it was the result of careless, irresponsible behavior from the staff. They were unfocused, chatting among themselves, and showed no concern for customers. Not labeling the order properly after asking for my name shows a complete lack of attention, accountability, and respect. Starbucks is supposed to be consistent and reliable — this location completely failed on both. Extremely disappointed. I will not be returning."
