Their pastries are equally amazing (don’t miss the croissants or seasonal specials!), and everything always feels super fresh. The vibe is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and passionate about what they do. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, grab a coffee, and savor every bite. "Ah, the elusive sourdough. I tried for weeks to get my first loaf, thanks to the holidays and my inability to remember their hours. I finally got one, and had tasty sourdough girl dinner for days. Learned i can order a single loaf to pick up the next day, so it's not really that elusive. But I daydream about this bread, and the hot chocolate monkey bread. 12/10"

My family had been a longtime fan of Thunderbird from 2019 at Oshkosh Famers Market and we were excited to check out their new bakery and cafe.
