"The Amish Baked Oatmeal was delicious. The Gluten Free cranberry- orange scone was moist and flavorful. We enjoyed the winter flight. The s’mores are the BEST!! The environment was so warm and welcoming. The building took me back to another place in time. Very friendly staff, and well worth the drive to the quaint little town of Plainfield. Less than five minutes from interstate I 39. We were personally welcomed by the owner Dawn. I will be returning!! Yummy!"

"My husband and I have been been stopping at Starks & Luce when we are passing through the area or meeting up with friends. We are totally impressed with their food and hospitality and homey atmosphere! Last stop we made, I purchased a fall sweatshirt (yes, they also have very nice merchandise) and there was a raffle going on and the drawing was a wonderful basket of goodies and guess who won?.......It was me and am very grateful for such a generous basket of goodies! Owner was going around and picking up, stopped by our couch (Friends vibe) while we played checkers to ask how our visit was (don’t get that at too many places).
