"I am at a loss for words. I have never had a Kringle like this. It mostly had an almond flavor. The texture and overall quality were poor. I understand Bendtsen's Bakery made good Kringle. This doesn't represent their reputation."

"We lived in the Kenosha/Milwaukee/Waukesha area of Wisc for much of our lives before moving to Florida. Being very familiar w/a competitor, we were intrigued by a Bendsten review. So, it was decided to give them a try. An order was placed for an almond, cherry and raspberry kringle. The $100 order was placed w/the understanding they only ship early in the week. It arrived in a timely manner. We eagerly opened the cherry kringle and were immediately disappointed. To begin, the weight seemed to be anything but the stated 18oz. Perhaps a pound at best. Next, about 1/2 of the kringle was rolled out to about 1/8". Contrary to web page pictures, all three were naked of any adornment (ie frosting), lacked filling as noted on the web page pictures and were rolled out to about 1/8" on one end. Taste was dry, w/marginal (at best) flavor from what was called the filling. As regular purchasers of on-line items we are used to the occasional disappointment. This purchase will be one of the higher on the list of failures. And, we will return to purchasing kringle from the competition. Unfortunately, experiences like this don't do much for Racine or Wisconsin..."

"Coming from New York trying to find a good breakfast spot was hard but this place is by far the best bakery breakfast place around the Racine South Milwaukee area. Not only are the cringles homemade fresh and delicious is a variety of other pastries. Our go to is the cheese and spinach croissant so flaky, warm it up when you get home and it hits the spot every time."

"Talking about stepping back in time. This place seems to be the place to get the “original” Kringle in town. Everything is still made by hand and fresh daily. They do have the best Kringle! They use real butter and you can definitely tell the difference in their food. It a must stop if visiting Racine, Wi I can’t believe I didn’t take a picture of the Kringle 🤦‍♀️. It didn’t last long enough to get one. ** we went back for seconds when our guest arrived."

"I'm new to the area and was looking for some baked goods to surprise my boyfriend. I found this place not far from where I am staying and looked into it. The reviews online were great, so I figured I would check it out. The ladies working there were very sweet and gave me a good laugh. They told me they sell out on some of the more popular treats very quickly, so there was already not much left when I arrived around 9a. I would definitely get there earlier than late. The kringles were amazing, and they will definitely not last the full 5 days on your counter as they will be devoured long before then (my boyfriend already ate half of one just while I wrote this review). We will return again soon!"
