from Google"This place has really gone down!! I use to LOVE their caesar salads because at one point, their salads actually used ROMAINE lettuce!! That's no longer the case now. Their caesar salads are HORRIBLE!! Basically a container served with hardly NO Romaine lettuce but instead, packed with a few green romaine leaves on top of a bed of old yellow "ice berg" lettuce!!?? Seriously!? This is the 3rd salad I got like this in hopes they would actually serve me a REAL CAESAR SALAD! It's like they are deceiving customers by making the salad look "pretty and presentable" on the top BUT underneath, they are packing chunks of yellow ice berg stems and yellow lettuce underneath! This is NOT a caesar salad!! It's just peeling the head of an ice berg lettuce and trying to pass it off as Romain lettuce. Do better with your quality of ingredients and give customers what they are paying for!!"
"I ordered, puffy tacos- Mexican style- highly recommend, but the cashier placed my unsweet tea in a to go cup. I didn't ask for it that way and she was very sweet and kind. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable. The people making the food did an excellent job and it was delicious. Highly recommend for your afternoon ladies gathering or early evening dinner!!"
"The food was really good, but you have to order everything at the counter and grab everything yourself. I think this is how they keep the prices down. I had a great experience. We will definitely be back."
"I ordered two pizzas from this establishment and was told 20 minutes for pick up. I arrived at the correct time and waited an additional 27 minutes for the pizza I asked for a refund due to the long wait and attitude I received; I was informed that the manager was too busy right now to issue a refund so I took my pizza home and I kid you not the pizza still had cold pieces of cheese on top of it. I took the pizzas back and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a lead to come and issue my refund. No apology or anything, not that it would have mattered, but it just speaks to the poor customer service that I received from the beginning. 0/5 stars."
"I debated on writing a review because normally this place is pretty good, but I just can't stay silent. We went for Thanksgiving brunch, and if there was a word worse than awful, that's the word I would use. We originally had reservations at 2:30 but my dad didn't want to miss the Packers ending, so we called and asked for 3:30. That was a huge mistake. Our first trip to the buffet was about half empty, and the stuff that was up there was pretty picked over. I thought for sure they were going to bring up more to replace the empty ones, but no they brought out one new thing of eggs Benedict ( the one thing we didn't like lol) but that's it. We pretty much just ate cold mashed potatoes and stuffing and dry overcooked ham or beef. My dad slopped turkey on his plate and it literally looked like it came out of a bag, like the kind prisoners eat. My son didn't mind the Mac n cheese ( because he likes boxed Mac and cheese and that's what he said it was like) but when he went up for a refill ( mind you, this was all he ate on his first plate) they already took away all of the plates, even though we hadn't even been there for 30 minutes, and they still had an hour to close. One of the tables next to us complained about there being no more coffee. If you're going to have a buffet for over 30 dollars, why are you not making sure there's food up there? The employees only cared about cleaning up. They were all sweeping and cleaning with still an hour to go. Btw they of course have you pay before you eat and they give you the tip option. We tipped over 20 dollars, yet not one person did anything for us. All of our plates just sat on the table the whole time. I ordered an omelette and I had to go up to get it.. and it was the grossest most undercooked slimiest omelette I've ever seen. I still don't know who we were tipping. Anyway, even when we commented to someone about there being very little food up there, one lady told us "we're keeping an eye on it" that couldn't be further from the truth. There was gravy but no biscuits, pancakes that were as hard as hockey pucks, seafood pasta with no pasta, chicken marsala with just sauce no chicken, hashbrowns that were crunchy, salmon that was so dry I could barely choke it down, I could go on but I think you get the point. This was hands down the worst restaurant experience of our life. McDonald's would have been tastier Edit after owner responded: I'm still super curious as to whom we tipped, and why when nobody did anything for us."
