The last several visits have been disappointing (Windlake) Could definitely use improvement with the new drive thru. 20 minutes is far too long for a latte and drip coffee. Our order was also completely wrong (sizes and drinks). The Rochester location is great!"

"Been here a few times. The experience has always been good. The staff are friendly, and efficient. Got a couple of Lattes and some food. The London Fog that they made was excellent. Just the way I asked for it, with lavender, vanilla and extra foam. The Morning Bun is as good as any other ones that I have. And the little cup of cinnamon butter put it over the top. Thanks for your attention to the small details."
