"First time here. We were staying at the American Club for the weekend. Asked some folks where there was a good coffee shop in Sheboygan, and they mentioned here. Thought we would give it a try. Showed up on a cold Saturday morning. Food: We ordered a couple of lattes and some breakfast. For drinks it was one Vanilla Latte and a London Fog Tea Latte. Asked for mugs, and we got them put them in glasses. Okay, I guess. Both of them were made well. Good textures, nice flavors, and the right temperatures. For food, one Veggie Quiche, and a piece of the Spanakopita. They were both very good, after they were reheated (see Service below). Both of these items were very good. I had the Spanakopita, and it was loaded with spinach and feta. The dough to filling ratio was very good. The flavors were complex, and rich. The portion size was large. Larger than my appetite, but I managed to keeping shoveling it in, until I was stuffed. Service: The service for the food was a disappointment. Even though we were eating inside, for some reason they had us marked as take-out. This resulted in number of issues. When they delivered the two takeout containers to the table, I mentioned that we were eating here (we were drinking coffee in glasses, not cups). The server shrugged and said, "oh well, they are marked as take-out). I went to the counter, asked for a couple of plates, and that they be heated to the right temperature. That took a while, but they did finally come back out with the right temperature. And they exchanged our plasticwear for metal utensils. Not much in the way of an acknowedgement or apology for the delays. Atmosphere: The place is rustic, and right on the water. Reminded me of a fish shanty. There are a couple of different rooms for seating. We took the room in the back, it was a bit more quiet. I liked the look of it, had an authentic feel to it. However, there were some areas that hand old furniture piled high for storage. They have an outdoor patio that overlooks the river. Would be nice to sit out on a warm day. We'd go back. If I ordered food, I'd make sure that they got the details right."

"Such a great local cafe! I’ve come to grab sandwiches, fresh bakery, and delicious smoothies since I was in high school. To this day the quality and consistency has been amazing. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience with the food, service or atmosphere. If you haven’t experienced The Weather Center you’re missing out."

"Carrot cake for breakfast? Yes, please! This place has the best carrot cake. The place is by the river, which is cool and unique. The people are kind, and serve quickly. The atmosphere is really cool. Bonus free water!"

"I had a hazelnut triple shot iced coffee with oat milk and it was very good! The gentlemen who were working were very friendly and polite - I can appreciate that! My friend loved her vegetarian dessert selections immensely - especially the coconut macaroon. The vegan desserts were sold out (a good thing). Cute place on the river in a marina. Plenty of space to sit outside. I'll be back! Pros: Coffee was very good., Had vegan food options (4 or more), Workers were nice and I dug the ambiance."

"Prices are a little up there but soooooo worth it. This was one of my favorite coffee shops in town by far. I highly recommend the chai cookies and chicken curry wrap. Everything is super healthy and tasty."
