"I feel like this place was a business at one time, but I feel like something may have happened to the person that ran it and it's running on auto pilot. I placed an online order, I sent a couple emails and called the customer service phone number, no one ever answers and there is always a voicemail going. I left a message, I never received a reply to my emails and no one ever called me back. Ultimately after 4 weeks of no update, I had to open a claim with PayPal and after an additional week of waiting and no reply from this company, PayPal issued me a refund."
