"The employees that we interacted with were both very friendly and pleasant. The lobby and seating area looked clean and well kept. The parking lot was also clean, tight but clean. The *bathroom was, like the parking lot, clean but tight. The MUSHROOM AND SWISS was good. Better than. A traditional fast food burger but the mushrooms were cut very thin and there aren't a lot on the burger. It's one of the main toppings, you'd think there would be a hefty scoop of them. The patty was very nice but needed more salt and absolutely lacked pepper. The FRIES (large) were, and stayed, crispy. They were fresh and hot but I don't think they salted them. Maybe they don't normally salt the batch IDK we're just passing through. I love that they don't come in a cardboard like container. We also got cheese curds (medium) they were also crispy and stayed crispy. *The second stall was taken so I went in the first. When the door is open its honestly like 3 inches away from the toilet. You are 100% touching either the wall, he door, or the toilet, or all three if you need to use that stall. And if your wearing a long skirt or jacket... you're definitely rubbing up on the toilet."

"The food great. Cooks awesome! Gal from back who brought food out in the bag terrific! Pleasant a pleasure to do transaction with. Cashier/ Greeter must have a rough time lately. Name rank and order. Seemed almost annoyed. May just be having troubles at home or a rough night at work. Try to cheer her up. She seems like a good gal. Maybe she'd be better in the back cooking. And the other gal customer service. There's always room for everyone."

"We came as a family on Saturday for ice cream! I always get good service when we come,but today was exceptional. You're new manager training for the mall location helped us with our indecisive choice of ice cream and suggested the flavor of the day. We went for it she made it sound so inticing! She even came to our table and checked on us to see if we liked it! She is going to be a great addition to your business!!!"

"It was the saddest patty melt I'd ever had in my life. 😢 Don't charge me $6 for a pathetic, 4-millimeter patty of "beef", a few shavings of cheddar, and a total of 12 pieces of chopped onion on soggy sourdough toast. Never again, Craig Culver, will I visit this so-called "Superior" location....until probably next summer 🤷 Whatever"

"I went to Culver's the day after Christmas in the evening around 5:00, and the two girls working the drive-thru window, had the most pleasant customer service that I've encountered in a long time. Well done ladies! Bring on the Joy and positivity!!!!!"
