"We had a mango smoothie, the Fruity waffle, one breakfast croissant with egg, cheese, and ham, and one with egg, cheese, and sausage. They were all delicious and filling. They have multiple seating options, including outside, and they are wheelchair accessible."

"I always drive past this place on my way to work so I finally decided to stop in. First impression - loved the vibes of the place. Super cute inside, seems cozy, lots of little shelves with different products you can purchase. I especially loved the Pay It Forward board - such a kind idea! The guy working was nice and welcoming as well. He appeared to be the only person working but there could have been more people in the back. He was quick, though, if he was the only one! Got a cinnamon roll and a caramel churro cold brew. The caramel churro cold brew was good, but not quite sweet enough for me so I just added a little creamer when I got to work. That's definitely more on my taste buds than the café, but if you like sweeter drinks, add some more sweetener to this one or go with something else! There's two reasons I only gave 1 star. The first one is because the cinnamon roll was not good. It was dry and seemed like it was probably at least a couple days old, I'm not sure. I didn't finish it and just threw it away. The second reason is because I went through and read some of the responses to the poor reviews and the attitude of the owner is atrocious. I work in customer service, I'm a manager, and if I responded to grievances the way the owners respond to poor reviews, I would lose my job. They consistently blame the customer, claim fake reviews, or come up with excuses. It's rude and unprofessional. I did plan on going back to try other drinks but after seeing how the owner responds to people, I think I'm going to pass and take my business elsewhere."

"I always tell people Icki Sticki has the best coffee! They are always shocked Icki Sticki has coffee 😅 my kids love the ice cream and boba so it's a win win. Also love the vibe. Great photo backdrop for the birthday girl."

"I was there a few Months back for training at Epic. My daughter, raved and raved about a particular flavor of ice cream that is only found in mid western states by the name of blue moon. It was a funky but, Good flavor. The shop was super nice and the staff was super helpful but the story wouldn’t end there. When I got back to Miami, my daughter asked me about it and was sad that I did not bring her some home. I reached out to the Icki sticki staff and They went above and beyond to find me a solution where I am able to finally get some of this ice cream flavor for my daughter. They could have simply said no we don’t chip, but they found me a solution and when the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. If you’re in the Verona or any of their other location areas, I highly recommend you go in for some great ice cream and great service. A big shout out to Jessica!"
