The only downside is the wait time—but honestly, that’s just because it’s so good that it’s always packed on weekends. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it. I went with my wife, and everything we ordered hit the spot. My smoothie was amazing like always, and I got the waffle with fried chicken because I wanted some protein in the morning (lol). Great flavor and perfect waffle consistency! My wife ordered eggs, and she was super happy—the portion was big enough for two meals. We’re always happy with The Coop. Great food, great vibes, and worth the wait every single time!"

"This morning, I came to The Coop with my husband and son for breakfast. As always, the food was incredible but this visit felt different in the best way. We were seated near the door,l close to the register, so it was easy to hear the interactions between the hosts and guests. Around the same time we were seated, a young man who was truly a kind, gentle soul was seated alone at the booth next to us. During his meal, he chatted often with the girls at the front, and they were just as warm and friendly with him. I overheard him jokingly asking who was taking him home, saying he was ready for his ride, and the girls kindly responding, “We’ll take you in just a few minutes please be patient.” As the restaurant grew busier, it became clear that stepping away might be difficult. Then, without hesitation, one of the girls approached him and asked if it would be okay if she ordered him an Uber to get him home safely. I was genuinely taken aback in the best way. It was such a simple yet powerful reminder that there are still truly good people in this world. I don’t know the details of the situation or how they knew him, but the kindness shown was undeniable. I immediately turned to my husband and said how amazing it was, and how deeply it touched me. I couldn’t help but think that if one day my own son ever needed help getting home, I would hope someone would show him that same care and compassion. When the Uber arrived, the host walked him outside, helped him into the car, and then returned to work as if it were the most natural thing in the world. That small act of kindness made my entire day and it’s something I won’t forget when eating at the coop."

"Came in for breakfast and ordered the chorizo omelette—hands down one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly cooked, great flavor, and the chorizo had just the right kick. Portions were solid and everything tasted fresh. Service was friendly and the place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back to try more off the menu."

"My daughter and I came here for a girls day breakfast and the food was sooo good! Our server was Alexis (I believe that’s his name) he was phenomenal as well. "The restaurant was packed, which is a great sign. The chilaqules was exceptional, done better than anywhere I've come across in the states. The fresh toast is made with challah bread, and if you know... you know... (Absolute best bread to use for French toast). The menu was unique and hard to make decisions in the best way."
