"Today I tried to come here to get a strawberry matcha with my mom. We showed up and waited but no one came out. We then shopped for about 30 minutes and came back and still no one was there to serve us. We tried to talk loud so the people we could obviously hear in the back would come out but they didnt. I checked the times and I cam at 5 when it was open til 8. Very disappointed in the service here."

"Terrible customer service, I ordered the Carmel macchiato and it was made terribly when I asked for a refund or for it to get remade they refused and just added more Carmel which made it taste even worse. It should be customer policy to get refund when the drink isn’t made right. Basically took my money from me & im never coming back here again."

"Disgusting!! Matcha absolutely horrible! so clumpy so flavorless🤮 I usually love their matcha . When asked to get made a new one the second one was even worse each sip was clumpy not even mixing it helped so disappointed and fyi I am I matcha expert. Just disgusting!"
