"First time ever in Culver's. I wish I had gone sooner. We don't have these in Northern Ireland (or even Europe) We are definitely missing out. I had the sour dough melt with onion rings as a side. My wife went for the beef pot roast value basket with crinkle cut fries as her side. Our son had the chicken tender kids meal. That sour dough melt was divine. My wife devoured the pulled beef bap, she couldn't eat it quick enough. My son loved his chicken tenders. For dessert, we all opted for the frozen custard and I have to say one thing about that.... WOW. The frozen custard was not something I thought would be nice, but I was wrong. Very, very wrong. It is a taste sensation that I cannot describe. I will definitely be back when visiting the area again and I 💯% recommend anyone to go here. You will not be disappointed."

"I never knew ordering salads could be so complicated just to STILL get the order wrong even with the manager stepping. You see what we ordered and this is what we got. I go in to have it CORRECTED. Just for the MANAGER to hand me the salad still wrong without checking to make sure the order was made correctly this time. The most BASIC salads and they still managed to mess my order up more than one time. If I wasn’t there so long I would’ve asked for a refund, this is ridiculous. And then the woman originally taking my order was very unprofessional in taking my order. I tried to give them grace on numerous occasions but I still did not receive a correct order and did not want to wait AGAIN for my order to be remade. And the manager said it was a long night WHICH I UNDERSTAND IVE WORKED FOOD SERVICE. But I’m paying for my food a little care could be put into it. Terrible service."
