"Yoga Power - Retreat Dominica What a wonderful experience! Jamie Dickenson and Lindsey Heywood are fabulous hosts! We have booked multiple retreats with Yoga power over the last three years and we have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! This latest retreat was to the island of Dominica (not the Dominican Republic) where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean. We had a morning yoga practice each day before an island breakfast with the best fresh fruit. Every meal featured local dishes with the freshest ingredients set in a natural paradise with amazing views. The Jungle Bay Resort was the perfect place to host this retreat: tropical lush setting, multiple daily excursions available, attentive staff and our ocean view cabana had the most amazing view! I cannot say enough great things about Yoga Power and their attention to details. They did the research and leg work to find a beautiful place-in a bit off the beaten path. Look at our photos and you can see the beauty of the Jungle Bay Resort. Add yoga, massages, and lots of light hearted laughter set in this tropical setting…how can you not come away relaxed!!!"
