"It was very spacious and decorated in fun ways. The iced caramel latte was perfectly sweet and balanced, and the raspberry scone was delicious and brought out a lot of flavor. From the lighting to the creative local art hanging on the walls, I always look forward to visiting Tip Top whenever I come to Elkins."
