"Good food, but poor customer service. They forgot my baked potato one day, and then the very next time I ordered from them they forgot my ketchup AND cheese on my burger. Hey, mistakes happen. I am totally understanding. But Brandon, the guy that makes the food, did nothing but make excuses and tell me how I screwed up ordering and didn’t make a single offer to fix it. That bothered me. I would have given them a great review had he admitted a mistake and fixed it, but all he did was blame me. That left a bad “taste” in my mouth. Be careful ordering from this place... good food but bad customer service"
