"The best ice cream around. I’ve tried many flavors but my favorite is the black raspberry and pineapple and the peanut butter and chocolate. They always have a good selection. Their milkshakes are also very good. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help. I highly recommend trying it if u are in the area. "They always make good desserts. There is one young, dark headed girl who works there. Unfortunately, the last 2 times (evening time on 11/29/24 & 12/9/24 evening time) we were there, she worked. She is so rude. When she waits on us, she makes it like we're bothering her. She doesn't need to be working with the public if she's going to act like that."

"Came in on a Saturday to a very large line! I can see why this place is so popular. Regardless of the line size, I didn't have to wait very long. The staff was friendly and served a lot of people in a short amount of time! Management has done well in this respect, as you don't see this level of service as much anymore. I had the pumpkin pie sundae in a waffle bowl. The ice cream, toppings, and bowl were top-notch! The flavor and ingredients are next level. The price was still reasonable, considered what you get. Austin's has a lot of options for you to choose from. The menu here is very extensive. You can visit here frequently and try something new every time! Customers should have no problem finding something that they can enjoy. There is a good amount of seating options. Eating inside or outside will add to your overall experience. If you like ice cream and are in Downtown Huntington, then make sure to stop by Austin's!"

"Employees need to get together and figure out how much soft serve goes in each size. I get a large soft serve a few times a week and each time I get a drastically different amount. A few times it’s only been half the cup. The ice cream is phenomenal but consistency in serving sizes needs to be worked on. People should be getting roughly the same amount each time regardless who is serving it."
