"I went here to eat with my son this morning, the waitress was very kind and then when the food came she accidentally dropped my food and everything went all over us. My son’s food was fine and I told him he could eat. The waitress did apologize multiple times and even the guy sitting by us tried to help he was very kind also. I didn’t mind it at all because I have been there myself before (I have been a waitress and I have done management also) and things happen. I told the waitress she was fine and it happens and it’s no problem I gave the waitress a tip also when me and my son left the restaurant. The waitress did get me more food and a small discount was added which I thanked her ford The only thing is I seen the main manager came out and I thought she was going to talk to us because of what happened well when she seen me and made eye contact and seen my son she quickly went over to another table and greeted them and talked politely to them but completely ignored me and my son and basically racially profiled us. She never spoke to us and how a look when we made eye contact also which made me uncomfortable. I am Asian and my son is Asian/black. Needless to say everyone else seems to be very polite and nice about the whole situation but the main manager. I just wanted to let people know what happened and this shouldn’t happen to anyone no matter the race or color. I will not be back to this restaurant if I am going to get treated that way. I feel bad for the waitress and staff if that’s how their manager is. I really hope it gets better for them in the future."

"My wife and I spent the night in Huntington, WV after a long drive from Hinton where we attended an annual family reunion. We wanted to stay here to catch a flight at noon the next day so we wouldn’t have to get up early. Next morning we were excited to go here for a relaxed breakfast. We were greeted and seated right away. Our wonderful server Emily greeted us with a beautiful smile that immediately made us feel homey and welcome. Her genuine smile just lit up the room. She brought menus and water while we decided. My wife chose the Bacon, Egg, Hash Browns and Fruit Pancakes. I decided on Country Fried Steak, Eggs and Grits. After a short wait our food came, piping hot and delicious. I can honestly say the best breakfast we’ve had in years! And Emily kept coming back to check on us and have short conversations about her life and ours. Excellent food, above & beyond service, very quiet and comfy atmosphere. Definitely a place we would return to if back in the area. Check it out!"

"Saw the video of the sausage that someone bit off from and told the waitress it didn't look fully cooked, brought her plate back and realized that it was the same one she bit off of. This is a health code violation. Cross contamination and food borne illnesses comes from. Shame on you and your staff! Bob Evans this is why you don't have hardly any customers in your restaurant. I was treated horribly by your staff at the 3rd Avenue location and the food was awful, staff didn't check on me, waiter was trying to argue with me with the manager saying that I had just sat down, but I had finished my drink and couldn't finish my food because of the nastiness and rolls hard as a brick, butter frozen, cranberry sauce frozen, Turkey full of grisly fat. If this is how you prepare food inside your restaurants, I'd hate to see what goes on at the Farm. I'll never buy anything Bob Evans related again"

"Food was not good today---so disappointing. We have eaten there before when it was amazing. Also did not like the menu changes. My husband's dish was 2 small chicken breasts, a small helping if corn and a biscuit. Where were the potatoes??????🥺 The tomatoes in my salad were so unripe it changed the taste of the salad ---I could not finish it! Sorry, but your kitchen staff needs to step it up."
