"We arrived at 11 and were told a 15min wait. Our wait was 30min and then we were sat at a dirty table. Even after being wiped down the table and caddy on the table were disgusting. After 10min the host got our drink order then a few moments later the manager took our order. We never had a server. Our food took 40min for our party of 5 (two which were children) none of the food was hot. I had mine microwaved just to avoid a long wait on remaking. Banana bread was cold and mushy. We had to ask for the check. A party left as we were being sat and the table sat dirty for the entirety of our visit. The place is dirty and hot, one of the servers who we asked for napkins from was rude. We are from out of town and have come 2-3 times in the past and enjoyed it then. Over all it was poor service and awful food in a dirty and hot environment"

"Tonight my daughter and I were made to feel just at home there even tho we were several hundred mile away from it in all reality and it was all due to the fantastic service we received there from Kam or Kameron the waiter there (which ever he goes by) he was such a delight to get to know and had several tables besides us at that time but didn’t miss a beat and couldn’t have been more accommodating to us and our needs. The food took the expected time you’d imagine and was cooked to perfection so great job to the kitchen staff as well . However as a restaurant owner of over 35 years myself GIVE KAM A RAISE AND PROMOTION because he certainly deserves both . Thank you to everyone there again !"

"I stopped by for dinner after work here and ordered the Turkey dinner. My food arrived and let's just say I didn't finish it. My server never checked on me one time. The Turkey was full of grisly fat, hard cold rolls that came with frozen butter. I had to ask for the cranberry relish and it was almost frozen. My server and another girl who was working were just standing by the counter laughing and talking. I finished my Pepsi and wanted a refill, but didn't want to interrupt their laughing, so I decided that it was time to go. I asked for the manager and my server literally stopped him and said that I had just sat down because he knew why I was upset. The manager discounted my meal and gave me the survey to do when I asked for corporates phone number. I told him I used to be a server and this is not service. He proceeded to tell me that he's trying to make it better there, but he's a new manager. I'll never go back. All I wanted was to have a good meal after work."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by Penny this past Sunday morning, and we can’t say enough good things. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated our needs, and made sure our coffee cups were never empty. The food was good, but the service is what truly made our visit memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of warmth and professionalism to the table. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for Penny by name. Thank you for starting our Sunday off on such a high note!"

"My daughter wanted the loaded fries with her meal. They forgot them and the waitress said oh I never read my notes. Then when they are brought to the table it is fries with unmelted cheese on top."
