"Food was burned! Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and the bread was blackened, and so was the meat. The “steak” was so overcooked it was like very well done bacon. Meat should not break like a cracker. Service was basically non-existent. I’ll never be back."

"Great meal Saturday evening including meatloaf and a bone-in ribeye for my buddy. The guy was working the bar did a great job and everything was wonderful. Everything was wonderful also the potato skins. Excellent bootleggers staff was courteous, kind and efficient. I enjoyed my stay and will return"

"I stayed in the hotel for about a month, collectively. I was able to get drinks on occasion at Bootleggers, along with food. I would not have continued going, if it weren’t for the great service. Brandie, was exceptional. She was friendly, welcoming and remembered my name, making me feel more welcomed. Brandie remembered my drink after just one mention, as well: vodka tonic with a cherry (but she treated me to 3). As soon as I’d sit, my drink was ready. Thank you Brandie for making my evenings wonderful with laughter and great conversation. Sorry I didn’t have a tie-died shirt for the themed day. ;) Yes, the food is great, too. But the main reason why I returned, was the service. So thank you."

"Tony and I got back into West Virginia last night and decided to stay over in Huntington at the Hilton's Doubletree Hotel. We decided to have a low key late dinner in the bar there. It is very nice and extremely large. Great for a large reunion or wedding function. We ordered some chicken cheese quesadillas and some hot chicken wings with Tony getting a few Budweisers and then I ordered my usual Unsweetened Tea with Lemon & Lime. The food and service was very good Definitely recommend to all"

"Poor service, out of basically every tap beer and not much better for bottled. Bartender was more worried about her hair and how she looked then service. Had 1 drink and left. No reason anyone should go here. You can walk a block and get to a nice bar with service."
