"This is clearly the best shop in the area and almost every barista there is great. I love coming here. However, there is one worker who is a detriment to this shop long-term. This person was working around 9:30 AM Monday, January 12, 2026. As soon as we walked in his demeanor was extremely negative, and his coffee was significantly worse than everyone else’s there. My mom went in later that day and told me that he was being very rude to the lady he was working with. I won’t hold this against the store, but long term, this person shouldn’t work here or they will do more damage to customer relationships than good."

"This was our first time trying Hill Tree Roastery. It's nice to have a coffee shop in the area that is quaint, quiet, welcoming, and reasonably priced for excellent coffee. I had a 12oz Turkish Delight Latte and my husband had a special: Creme Brulee Latte. We split a brownie. Everything was delicious. We will definitely return. It's a nice little gem in the area."
