"Heartwood has the best lattes and smoothies in the area! I have been on the hunt for the perfect latte, and they have nailed it on the head- it is not too watery or sweet and has the perfect coffee/flavoring balance. The orange peach smoothie is my favorite, and I find myself craving it often. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and you can tell that they truly care that their customers are happy."

"My husband had a work meeting in the area, so I needed to find a place to do some work myself while I waited for him to finish up. I love trying out local coffee spots, and this one was a total gem! From the moment I walked in, the owners were friendly, hospitable, and very helpful as I made my selection. The iced caramel macchiato was perfection, as were the apple cinnamon muffin and egg bites (the owner let me try her new recipe - coming soon so be on the lookout!). The atmosphere was also welcoming and modern, while still feeling homey and comfortable. I was able to get a lot of work done but also felt a sense of camaraderie with the owners and other cafe clientele. If you find yourself in the Milton area, I can’t recommend Heartwood Coffee enough.
