"I absolutely love this place!! I recently had a problem with my delivery grocery order not receiving it. However, Daniel, the manager at Giant Eagle was Super understanding and nice about the whole thing. He re-shopped my entire order and then what he couldn’t get because it was out of stock. He refunded me right away and gave all my information to the second dasher. He also made sure that I actually received my second order this time around and that it arrived fast and on time as well! After they delivered it, he even called making sure that I got my order and walked me through all of my refunds and even notified me of the items that were on my order , but didn’t have in stock anymore. He also apologized and was so polite and respectful with the whole situation! With all this being said, I am very satisfied with their customer care there. everyone is so unbelievably compassionate and kind. Daniel the manager certainly Deserves a raise for navigating my problems and resolving them in a time efficient and thoughtful manner. Honestly , I could have not asked for a better manager to help me with my situation!"

"Awesome 👍 the best store I've been in with a wife variety of groceries, hot food, liquor and beer. Layout is great it's a really big store. They have live lobster, sushi and an array of seafood as well. Ahhh and the produce section has morels and many different things that other competitors do not have in the area it was our first time and we're so glad to have found this store we will return.
