"I was hoping this was just a temporary thing, as in just tonight…but as per Google, the hours are now listed as 6am-11pm at Suncrest Towne Centre Kroger. I hope they have done an adequate cost analysis on implementing an earlier closing time. I know that for myself, I tend to eat the extra cost of shopping at Kroger for the extra hour on evening shopping trips as opposed to saving money at Walmart, but having less time to complete my shopping before the 11pm closing time. I always saw a decently steady flow of business from 11pm-Midnight. How many employees are you actually cutting loose an hour early? The single cashier working self-checkout late at night? It’s not like the stockers aren’t still working all night. If 11pm is permanent, you’ll be losing a considerable amount of business overall…from me as well as a lot of the later night shoppers I’m sure. That extra hour over Walmart mattered enough to me to pay more on a lot of purchases. It was bad enough that you stopped staying open 24 hours during the pandemic, but I could somewhat understand that due to the shift in nearly everyone’s shopping habits and extra time required to sanitize the store…but closing an hour earlier? It seems like there’s so much to be lost and so little to gain with this decision."

"Nine a m and stop here , instead of a convenience store to have more choice. No milk's smaller than a 1/2 gallon, so I had to get a 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk instead of a single and I got 2 doughnuts that were stale at 9 AM.. never again"

"The shopping experience is okay but the sale prices that you see in very big numbers on the displays do not tie in with what you pay at the register. One photo is of a watermelon that you'd think costs $2.99. BUT, the fine print says with card and digital coupon. The other photos are of chips with a sign low to the ground making you think that it costs $1.99 a bag. BUT read the fine print, only when you buy four, otherwise the price is $5.49 each (and then only if you have a card). There must be some clever marketing term for this, but I can only think of two everyday English words, deceptive and misleading. Update July 14, 2025: Today I spotted a wrong marked price. In my one pic I show the shelf price of the half gallon at $1.99, and in the second pic I show the scanned price $2.39. This overcharging happens regularly at this store."

"I'm disappointed with Kroger and their inability to maintain stock levels, especially in the dairy case where we expect and need vegan-based options. Our household has dairy allergy and multiple food allergy problems and we cannot abide by anything other than what we can handle. Myoko's tub oat milk butter, Beyond Sausage, etc. are almost always shopped out. You can get there at 7:00 a.m. and it's still gone, or perhaps it was never restocked? So I'm ordering it online from Webstaurant. Same price, very convenient, don't have to make a lot of crazy trips to find out there's nothing there. Eventually, Kroger is going to figure out that vegans are driving this economy. People are beginning to eat far more healthfully. Kroger! Time to surf the wave dude!"

"I ordered delivery at 4:30pm today. It said it would be ready at 6. At 8pm I asked for the status of my order and they said that they didnt assign it to anyone and it would be ready at 10:45pm. Now they cancelled my order completely? Im just disappointed that I did not getting any updates about my order, such as them cancelling it."
