"I happened upon this place while visiting the Kingwood/Terra Alta area, and I love it! The staff are awesome, and I enjoyed the chat this morning! A hidden gem in Terra Alta, with seating on the ground floor and upstairs. It has a down home feeling and a phone booth! The coffee is great, and they have locally sourced baked goods if you are hungry. I recommend Portland Coffee WV to anyone! I will definately be back!"
