"Love this place. A nice atmosphere helpful staff. I love reading. Also, they have other fun stuff in there. My daughter bought me some Celtic tarot cards with a bag. These are so awesome, but they also have so many great kids books and those for adults"

"Customer service wasn't very good, the workers were using a bunch of inappropriate language and being very loud and obnoxious with complaints about their work environment. The store itself didn't feel very welcoming and the checkout experience was horrible as they were blunt and not very friendly."

"Overall, I like Books-A-Million. There is a variety of genres and things and the customer service is generally really good. Also, if I cannot find something in store, I can go to the register and order it, which is handy. But the biggest reason I am giving four stars is, a few times when I have gone in, I have overheard the mistreatment of staff members from management and that puts me off a bit. Of course this might just be my local one and not every one."

It paid for itself after one purchase, and you get over $100 worth of usable coupons emailed to you. The staff is always amazing, and we have been to 3 of their stores already. "There are lots of books, magazines, and Funko pops here but when you're looking for some Robert e Howard to read and they tell you there's nothing but maybe they can order it for you it's a bit disappointing. Did get a nice dungeons and dragons 50th anniversary book there though."
