Victoria was so easy to communicate with and helped bring our vision to life. When we arrived at the venue and our arch didn't work, Victoria quickly pitch hit and found a substitute stand. "I just walked into the store and the owner. Victoria was extremely rude and screamed at me when I picked up a balloon that was sitting weighted on the floor (i assumed a display) was on the phone when I entered the store refused to acknowledge my existence for the first couple of minutes then screamed at the intern (or worker ) in the back to help me. she was hostile and asked me what I wanted done and when I told her, she said she couldn’t do it because she had 6 orders in front me like she couldn’t tell me that from the jump instead of wasting my time . 0/10 customer service & decorum from that lady ."
