What People Are Saying
from Google"Been years since I was in this mall. Bells and Penneys still looking good. Lots of smaller businesses now. Seemed clean. Not many in the mall just like most malls."
"Visited Grand Central Mall in Vienna, West Virginia, and was honestly surprised by how big it is—massive place. It was a little quiet when I went, which made it feel almost surreal since I haven’t been to a mall in about a decade. Still, it had a solid variety of stores to explore. I stopped by Miniso (the Korean shop), FYE, GameStop, and Belk, and spent most of my time in the shoe department hunting for new gym shoes. Ended up spending around $175 across a few stores. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, which seems to be a running theme here in West Virginia—people are just genuinely kind. They already had the seasonal setup going, with Santa’s area ready and even a little train ride for kids weaving through the halls. Even though the mall wasn’t busy, it was clear the staff still cared about keeping the place lively and welcoming. A quiet but pleasant visit overall."
"Very bland mall yet very spacious as well. Typical mall but the food court does have some good options."
"What a beautiful mall. I felt like its parkersburg hidden gem. Very well lit and clean. So many stores to shop and their public restrooms are very very well maintained. Definitely will return. Super friendly and they have a ping pong table, and other activities for the kiddies."
"I wanted to say what a pleasure it was to shop at KAY jewelers at the mall. I didn't make a large expensive purchase but I was treated as such. Really appreciate how nice employee's I encountered during my purchase 💫💫💫💫💫"
