"I had placed an order online at the wheeling bob evans at 6:30pm to be picked up at 7pm.. I arrive there at 6:55pm and the lady told me they were waiting on my salad. I figured as much, I showed up early so I sat and waited.. at 7:05pm I hear a guy in the back say "whats up with these salads" .. as no one was around the area to bag them. I check my clock at 7:09pm and my foods still sitting there getting cold as we "wait on my salad" .. somebody put a take out container on the same area as my food was at waiting, and no body bagged it still.. its now 7:15pm and the lady who told me we were waiting on my salad comes up to look at my recipt and got messed up on what she needed. Thought she was waiting on fried chicken strips, then realized all she was actually waiting on was to make my hot apple cider and send me on my way. So now its 7:20pm and I had arrived only 3 mins away from the resturant due to me staying in the hotel and I just wasted $40 dollars on cold food and barly any portion of Mac and cheese."

"I just paid 52 dollars for a meal that looked and tasted like it had already been on someone’s plate and they just gave me their left overs . I got 2 orders of roast beef with carrots and caramelized onions and it looked like canned meat didn’t have onions and specifically said it 3 times to make sure the carrots had them. It was awful. The rolls were hard as a rock. And everything was cold. Every other time but this time I’ve had good food from there but this time pissed me off. 52 bucks for crap. I plan to call and complain in the morning."

"Getting us seated took 10 minutes, no tables were set, took 10 minutes to get the waitress to get our drink order, we ordered food at the same time as drinks. Waited 45 minutes for the food to come all for 5 small orders. When we received the food mine was ice cold. Had to sit while eating with no refills for 25 minutes while waitress kept walking around us and disappearing to the back. Then I asked for refills and she still forgot 2 of them. She barely checked on us. It was like she was angry but took it out on the people. I paid $18 for a cold dinner that use to be delicious."

"We ordered 3 omelettes and the vegetables were raw and the egg was tough and definitely not prepared like a normal omelette. The hash browns were uncooked. The only reason they got 2 stars is the bread was good. They need a training program - this used to be one of the best breakfast places in the area."

"We unknowingly got there around 30 minutes before closing, and the staff was INCREDIBLY nice about everything. As someone who’s worked in food service, I respect the hell out of the fact that they were so willing to work with us despite closing soon"
