"NOT A STARBUCKS. I asked about 3 different drink options and they didn’t have any of them. The customer service was ridiculous because the worker waiting on me was getting annoyed with me for asking if they had different drinks."

"The customer service was terrible and my friend ordered a croissant and they failed to inform her that someone had taken hers. They did not have any left of the flavor she requested and failed to inform us of that until we asked. Once we asked 4 or 5 times for the croissant, they eventually got it out of the fridge without heating it up and sat on the other side of the counter away from all of us and failed to inform us that it was done. Since it was out of the fridge in cold, it had not been heated up accordingly so I went and asked if they could heat it up and with a dramatic eye roll. She said sure, then it took another 10 minutes to have this done. when the croissant was done, she tossed it onto the counter and said there. In addition, it was burnt and a disgusting awful experience."
